一、电动葫芦门式起重机概述 Introduction

1、适用范围 Range of application

MH型电动葫芦门式起重机是有轨运行的中小型起重设备，整机具有自重轻、结构简单、安装维修方便等特点，适用于中小起重量范围内的厂矿、货场及仓库等室外场所作一般装卸吊运工作。

MH type of electric hoist gantry crane is small and medium-sized tracked lifting equipment. The machine has characteristics of light weight, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, suitable for general loading and unloading lifting work within the range of small and medium-sized lifting weight in outdoor places such as factories and mines, goods yards and warehouses, etc.

2、结构形式 Structural form

MH型http://hnszkqz.com(如图一)主要由门架（主梁、上横梁、支腿、下横梁等）、起升机构、运行机构及电控部分组成，以手拉葫芦作为起升机构，工作时沿主梁工字钢下翼缘运行。

MH type of electric hoist gantry crane (as shown in figure 1) consists of gantry mounting(main beam, top rail, landing leg, bottom end rail), hoisting mechanism and electric control parts. As the lifting mechanism, the chain block is running along the bottom flange of the I-beam girder when working.

大车运行机构采用分别驱动形式，驱动形式为三合一传动机构。运行时制动电机通过减速器带动车轮上的轴，使车轮转动。制动电机的特点是制动器和电动机合为一体，电动机本身结构紧凑，能经受频繁的起动、制动、逆转、机械振动和冲击，适用于小吨位、小跨度起重机。

The traveling mechanism of trolley adopts apart drive form, which is three-in-one transmission mechanism. When running, the brake motor can drive the axles on the wheels through the reducer, so the wheels can move. The characteristic of the brake motor is that the brake and the motor combine in one. The motor has compact structure, can bear frequent starting, braking, changeover, mechanical vibration and shock, suitable for cranes of small tonnage and span.

大车导电型式为电缆导电。

The conductive type of the trolley is cable conduction.

操纵形式分地面操纵，大车运行速度为5m/min；

The operation type is ground control. The running speed of the trolley is 5m/min.

二、安装 Installation

1、注意事项 Precautions

在卸车搬运时，应预防扭、弯、撞等事故，存放时应安置平稳，地面应结实，预防日久下沉，致使桥架变形，安装前应组织有关人员根据技术要求消除由于运输过程所产生的误差和缺陷，**对金属结构部分的缺陷校正后才准安装。

When unloading and carrying, accidents of wrench, bend and collision should be prevented. When storing, the equipment should be placed smooth and steady. To prevent deformation of the bridge, the ground should be hard to prevent ground subsidence with the passing of time. Before intallation, personnel concerned should be organized to eliminate errors and defects produced in the transportational process according to technical requirements, especially revise defects of metal structure parts.

a、门吊的安装次序是先将下横梁、支腿、上横梁分别在地面安装好，然后将主梁与上横梁用焊接方式组装到起来。
